Specific Qualification required:

· Holds Bachelor degreefrom Faculty of Psychology/Law/ Technical Industrial with GPA min.3,00. Preferable Master Degree in Management (majoring HRM) or Psychology (majoring in Psychology Industrial & Organization) from distinguished university.
· Highlyinterested in HR Management System and People Development (Job evaluation, Performance Appraisal, Career Planning, Competency Based Human Resource Management, Training & Development, etc.)
· Fresh Graduate are welcome. Preferable have previous related experience in Human Resources Management field for at least 1 years.
